Making of a snowman at Nikko. Wait for the animation to load.
On my first voyage to Tokyo, I had awesome sashimi, visited Minä Perhonen, Sally Scott, Cowbooks; explored Daikayama, Shimo-kitazawa, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya, Omotesandō and Nakameguro. I checked out Studio Ghibli, Disney Land, the Mori Museum, had my fill of to-die-for pastries, too much savories, tasted the sweetest strawberries and resided at the Ritz Carlton. I am pleased to say that I have not fallen in love with this big and well mannered city but instead I have with Nikko. A little town I grew to love during a day trip out, on a snow laden hike up to the Urami Falls.
