Sight Unseen
After the death of Ping Magazine I have been suffering from a reading cavity until the discovery of Sight Unseen.
Sight Unseen provides insights to some great designers and artist via interviews and studio visits .
Sur la Plage
The collection titled “Sur la Plage” or “At the Beach” consist of amazingly intricate beach wear all painstakingly hand cut and crafted from paper. The irony doesn’t bother designer Bea Szenfeld whom despite picking inspirations from the beach knows her collection would never go anywhere near the water. The choice of paper over fabric was used to brings out a different expression to her creation. Besides being very much in love with her collection, I am as well with her choice of model… so beautifully stained with freckles!

EA Design is based in Tokyo Japan and with the not so nifty help of Babel Fish, I am presuming they are a team that reaches out to different areas of design from identity, product to fashion and lifestyle. The bulk of my love however goes to some pretty publication they produce. Here are some I covet.
